텍스트 입력창 너머가 아닌, 눈을 마주치고 목소리를 주고받는 대화. 그게 진짜 ‘AI와 대화하는 시대’의 시작이라고 생각했습니다.
그런데도 여전히 많은 AI 서비스는 텍스트 기반 인터페이스에 머물러 있습니다. 말을 하긴 하지만, 사람처럼 느껴지진 않죠.
그래서 만든 첫 번째 공간, VMONSTER Studio
우리는 사람들이 AI 아바타와 직접 대화해보는 경험을 더 자연스럽게, 더 현실적으로 느낄 수 있길 바랐습니다. 브이몬스터 스튜디오는 누구든 AI 아바타와 영상으로 대화해보고, 내 서비스에 어떻게 활용할 수 있을지 떠올릴 수 있는 체험형 플랫폼입니다. “이런 AI가 우리 서비스에도 있다면 어떨까?” 생각이 먼저 드는 공간을 만들고 싶었죠.

1. Chat Studio – 아바타와 직접 대화해보세요
Chat Studio는 AI 아바타를 실제 서비스에 적용했을 때 어떤 모습일지 직접 경험해볼 수 있도록 만들어진 데모 공간입니다.
이곳에서는 브이몬스터의 대표 모델 EJEL, 그리고 AI Avatar Profiles에 등록된 아바타 도윤과 서연, 총 세 명의 아바타와 실제로 대화를 나눠볼 수 있습니다.
이 아바타들은 단순히 말만 하는 것이 아니라, 각각 AI Assistant, 시니어 웰니스 케어, 영어 튜터의 역할을 수행하는 페르소나를 입고 있습니다.
즉, SDK 유저가 아바타를 서비스에 어떻게 활용할 수 있을지를 구체적으로 체험해볼 수 있는 공간입니다.
Zoom과 비슷한 UI로 AI 아바타와 영상통화 하는 느낌을 냈습니다.
AI 아바타는 유저의 말에 실시간으로 반응하며 눈을 맞추고 응답합니다.

2. AI Avatar Profiles – 다양한 스타일을 비교해보세요
AI Avatar Profiles는 브이몬스터가 제공하는 다양한 AI 아바타들을 직접 듣고, 보고, 비교해볼 수 있는 공간입니다.
브이몬스터의 AI 아바타는 전 세계 거의 모든 언어로 말할 수 있습니다.
현재는 그 가능성을 샘플로 보여주기 위해, 각 아바타가 한국어, 영어, 일본어, 중국어로 이야기하는 영상을 제공합니다.
단순히 언어를 말하는 것이 아니라, 각 언어 고유의 말투, 억양, 분위기를 반영해 실제 사람처럼 자연스럽게 말하는 모습을 확인할 수 있습니다.
언어별 영상은, 사용자가 이 아바타가 내 서비스 안에서 어떤 인상과 분위기를 줄 수 있을지 생생하게 확인할 수 있도록 구성되어 있습니다.

This is an era in which AI understands human language and responds. We believe people should be able to communicate naturally with an AI avatar that truly feels human.
A conversation that isn’t confined to a text box, but one where you meet each other’s eyes and exchange voices. That, we thought, is the real beginning of the “era of talking with AI.”
And yet, many AI services still remain stuck in text-based interfaces. They speak, but they don’t feel human.
So We Built Our First Space: VMONSTER Studio
We wanted people to feel the experience of talking directly with an AI avatar more naturally and more realistically. VMONSTER Studio is a hands-on platform where anyone can have a video conversation with an AI avatar and imagine how they might use it in their own service. We wanted to create a space where the first thought is, “What if our service had an AI like this?”
VMONSTER Studio is made up of three spaces.

1. Chat Studio – Talk with an Avatar Yourself
Chat Studio is a demo space built so you can experience firsthand what an AI avatar looks like when applied to a real service.
Here you can actually converse with three avatars: VMONSTER’s flagship model EJEL, and Doyoon and Seoyeon, the avatars registered in AI Avatar Profiles.
These avatars don’t simply talk—each wears a persona, playing the role of an AI Assistant, senior wellness care, and an English tutor, respectively.
In other words, it’s a space where SDK users can concretely experience how they might use an avatar in their service.
We gave it a Zoom-like UI, so it feels like a video call with the AI avatar.
The AI avatar reacts to what you say in real time, making eye contact and responding.
If voice input is difficult, you can also chat by text, so communicating with the avatar works in a variety of environments.
If you find an avatar you like, use the link button to introduce it to others, too. It works anywhere—web or mobile.
Anyone can converse directly and imagine where and how the AI avatar might appear in their own service.
2. AI Avatar Profiles – Compare a Variety of Styles
AI Avatar Profiles is a space where you can hear, see, and compare the various AI avatars VMONSTER offers.
VMONSTER’s AI avatars can speak in nearly every language in the world.
For now, to showcase that potential as a sample, we provide videos of each avatar speaking in Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese.
Rather than merely speaking a language, they reflect each language’s distinctive tone, intonation, and mood, so you can see them speak as naturally as a real person.
The per-language videos are designed so that users can vividly check what impression and mood this avatar could bring to their service.

3. Pages That Support Using the SDK — From Integration to Operation in One Place
For an AI avatar to make its way into a real service, development and operation must be easy.
It isn’t fully formed yet, but through the SDK we are experimenting with the possibility of connecting AI avatars to more places. That’s why the Studio also includes the following features.
